Apricot-Sauced Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pork spareribs, cut into serving pieces
    1 (8 oz.) can undrained apricot halves
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1 tsp. dry ginger
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Ribs can be cooked on grill or in oven 1 1/2 hours, turning occasionally.
    Mix remaining ingredients together in blender. Brush ribs generously with sauce and continue to cook for 30 minutes, basting and turning often.
