Lithuanian Mushroom Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. light sour cream
    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. fine breadcrumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Simmer the mushrooms and onion in the margarine over low heat, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Place in shallow pan.
    Mix together the sour cream, yogurt, flour, salt and pepper.
    Pour over mushrooms.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serves 4.
