Onion Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped Vidalia onions
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour (plain)
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
4 c. milk
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation

Saute onions in butter until tender.
Blend in flour, salt, pepper and milk, stirring constantly.
Add cheese.
Remove from heat and stir until cheese is melted.
Serve in bowls and add bread croutons.
