Mexican Casserole Using Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large chicken, cooked, boned and cut into pieces
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
garlic and salt to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced with chilies
6 to 8 flour tortillas
Preparation

Layer tortillas and chicken alternately in greased casserole dish.
Combine 1 cup of cheese with all other ingredients.
Pour over chicken and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
