Sausage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 small pkg. biscuit mix
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Have at room temperature.
    Add a little water if necessary. Mix all ingredients.
    Make 1-inch balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Check bottoms often.
