Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 to 4 Tbsp. strawberry jello
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 pkg. or pt. fresh strawberries
1 prepared pie crust
1 large Cool Whip
Preparation

Take tops off berries and stand berries on heads.
Combine water, sugar, jello and cornstarch and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Cook until mixture has thickened, pink clear color. Refrigerate until cooled, not not jelled.
Mix strawberries and jello mixture together.
Pour into crust and refrigerate.
Put Cool Whip on top before serving if desired.
