Sensation Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. grated Romano cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated Bleu cheese
    2 cloves finely minced garlic
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/3 c. olive oil
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a quart jar.
    Refrigerate.
    Just before serving, stir well.
    For 4 servings, spoon about 3 tablespoons over head of washed, torn and crisped lettuce with plenty of fresh parsley sprinkled on top.
    Toss lightly but thoroughly enough to coat.
