Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, salt and melted butter.
    Stir in milk until smooth.
    Slowly add coconut and flavorings.
    Pour in unbaked pie crust and bake at 375\u00b0 until firm.
    Watch carefully if pie browns before fillings sets, you may lower temperature to 350\u00b0 for the last minutes of baking.
