Onion Rings(Low Fat Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Vidalia onions
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut onions into 1/2 inch rounds and separate rings. Place in a bowl and toss with buttermilk. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Dredge onion rings in dry mixture and place on lightly oiled baking sheet. Lightly mist with olive oil cooking spray. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 4 servings.
