Impossible Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. milk
    7 or 8 oz. pkg. coconut
    1/2 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat the first 4 ingredients well. Add the melted butter, vanilla and coconut.
    Blend well. Butter 2 pie plates and pour mixture in them.
    (Makes its own pie crust.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. When cold it slices real well.
