Spanish Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 or 4 lb. cooked pork (Boston Butt is good)
    1 large bell pepper, cut in strips
    1 large onion, sliced in rings
    1 large bottle catsup
    broth (reserved from pork)
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cut pork into bite-size pieces and layer in casserole dish 1/2 of pork, then 1/2 of pepper strips, then 1/2 of onion rings.
    Dot with 1/2 of catsup.
    Repeat, using remaining half.
    Salt to taste. Pour pork broth over this, barely covering meat, etc.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 1/2 hour uncovered.
    Keep mashing down onion tips and pepper tips so they won't burn.
