Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head romaine lettuce, rinsed and patted dry
    olive oil
    4 slices bread, cut in cubes
    1 clove garlic
    1 raw egg (room temperature)
    Kraft Parmesan cheese to taste (lots)
    salt and pepper
    juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Cover frypan lightly with olive oil.
    Toast cubed bread in frypan, tossing in oil to coat.
    Toast evenly.
    Set aside when done.
    Dust large bowl with garlic clove (rub garlic cut in half all around inside bowl).
    Add romaine lettuce; tear into smaller pieces.
    Pour oil (about 1/2 cup) over lettuce.
    Season with salt and pepper; toss to coat evenly.
    Make a well in lettuce in bowl. Add 1 raw egg and juice of 1/2 lemon.
    Toss until all lettuce is evenly coated with a milky look.
    Add about 3/4 cup Kraft Parmesan cheese; toss evenly again.
    Add toasted bread; toss and serve immediately.
