Sweet Sugarless Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. sugar substitute (8 packets Sweet 'N Low)
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together.
    Beat egg, water, sugar substitute, oil and vanilla.
    Stir into dry ingredients.
    Divide batter evenly into 8 fluted paper baking cups placed in muffin tin. Set muffin pan in shallow pan of water and cover with inverted cake pan.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Remove pan cover and bake an additional 5 minutes.
    Yields 8.
