Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut 3/4-inch thick
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 carrot, chopped
    1 small celery stick, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cook in crock-pot.
    Cut steak into serving pieces.
    Season flour.
    Dredge steak in flour.
    Place onions in crock-pot; add meat.
    Top with carrots and celery; cover with sauce.
    Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours, or on high for 3 to 5 hours.
