Broccoli Ring Or Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, mashed broccoli (2 frozen pkg.)
    1 c. Kraft mayonnaise
    1 c. Carnation milk
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. plain flour
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions until tender. Drain water and whip with electric mixer.
    Cool.
    Add to well beaten eggs; mix in all other ingredients.
    Beat until smooth with mixer.
    Pour into buttered ring or casserole.
    Set in a pan of water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
    Good hot or cold.
