I'Ve Got A Secret Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
1 c. Harvard beets (undrained), diced small
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
Mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
Stir into egg mixture.
Add cottage cheese, beets, pineapple, coconut and nuts, mixing well after each addition.
Beat for 1 minute.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan (pan will be very full).
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 55 minutes (cake gets very brown).
Cool and frost with favorite icing.
