Diced Green Chile Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can diced green chiles
2 c. pasteurized American cheese, cubed
1 large (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained, then finely chopped
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
Preparation

Heat all ingredients together in chafing dish or fondue pot over low heat until cheese is melted.
Serve with corn chips. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
