Rice-Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 tsp. mustard
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 c. beans
    1 c. vegetables
    2 hard-cooked eggs
Preparation
    Mix oil, vinegar and mustard together.
    Stir in the rice and add the beans, vegetables and the hard-cooked eggs.
    Cover and put in the refrigerator until chilled.
    Contains 330 calories.
