Poached Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. apple juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
Preparation

In skillet, combine juice, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bring to a boil.
Add chicken and bring to boil again.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer gently 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender.
Serve over a bed or rice accompanied by a tossed salad.
