Baked Fish Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. fish fillets (such as walleye or perch)
seasoned flour
butter or margarine
evaporated milk
Preparation
-
Butter an 8 x 10-inch pan generously.
Roll fish fillets in flour and lay side by side in pan.
Dot with butter or margarine and pour evaporated milk over to just about cover.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
