Fish Fillets Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. Oakfarms butter
2 c. soft Cookbook bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
dash of pepper
1 1/4 c. Borden salad dressing

Preparation

Brown the onion in butter; then mix with crumbs, salt and seasonings.
Add 1/2 cup Borden salad dressing.
Cut fillets in uniform strips.
Spread with bread stuffing; roll jelly roll fashion.
Place in large greased muffin pans.
Spread with remaining salad dressing, then bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve hot with extra salad dressing.
