Pecan Pumpkin Crumble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (2 c.)
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
whipped cream
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine spice, eggs, sugar, pumpkin and evaporated milk.
Blend well.
Pour into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle with dry cake mix.
Drizzle evenly with melted butter.
Top with chopped nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes, until golden brown.
Refrigerate until chilled.
Serve with whipped cream.
Refrigerate leftovers.
