Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. milk
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. broken pecans
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix sugar, corn syrup, milk, chocolate and pinch of salt. Cook slowly until forms a firm ball when dropped in cold water; set aside until it warms slightly.
    Add vanilla, butter and pecans.
    Beat until it begins to lose its glaze; pour out in pan.
