Crock-Pot Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    layer sliced potatoes
    onions, if desired
    cream of mushroom soup
    seasoning to taste
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Layer sliced potatoes with onions, if desired, with cream of mushroom soup (2 cans if full crock-pot).
    Season to taste.
    Cook on high for three hours
    Add cheese on top of potatoes and cook one more hour on high.
