Scalloped Tuna And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sliced onion
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, sliced, until soft in salt water.
    Melt butter in top of double boiler over direct heat; stir in flour and mustard.
    Add milk, salt and pepper.
    Stir over boiling water until smooth and thick.
    Arrange potatoes, tuna and onion in alternate layers in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Pour sauce over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
