Royal Scallop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
4 diced, boiled eggs
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. diced ham
8 soda crackers, crushed
1/8 tsp. Accent
Preparation

Make white sauce with butter, flour and milk.
Add cheese and seasonings.
Stir until cheese melts.
Add ham, eggs and crackers. Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
