Vegetarian Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3/4 c. bulgur
    1 1/2 c. water or bouillon powder
    16 oz. tomatoes or V-8 juice
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Saute celery, green pepper, onion and garlic in cooking spray for two to three minutes.
    Add bulgur, bouillon, tomato juice, tomato paste, spices and soy sauce.
    Bring to boil; cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes.
    Add beans.
    Cook gently until desired consistency.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
    One gram of fat per serving.
