Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. water
    8 pieces chicken
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1/4 tsp. marjoram (optional)
Preparation
    Sprinkle uncooked rice evenly over bottom of rectangular baking dish.
    Add water.
    Combine soups, add milk and heat.
    Pour mixture over rice.
    Place chicken on top.
    Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over chicken.
    Seal with two layers of aluminum foil.
    Bake for 2 hours and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Yields four large portions.
