Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, ground turkey or shredded chicken
1 lb. cheese, grated (Cheddar and Monterey Jack)
1 c. sour cream
2 stalks green onion, chopped with some tops
1/4 c. flour
1 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder to taste
2 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper, diced
1 medium bag Tostitos tortilla chips
Preparation

Cook whole chicken in water, onion, parsley, salt, etc., until falls apart and broth is very rich and good.
Strain both.
Take chicken meat off bone; dice.
Cook thick egg noodles (Kluski type or homemade if you can get them) in simmering broth until done; add chicken meat and heat through.
