Theresa'S Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. Crisco
1 c. whole milk
1 large egg
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in bowl; cut in Crisco with pastry blender.
Stir in milk and egg.
Do not overmix.
Pour into greased pie pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
