Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. margarine, soft
    1 1/2 c. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except coconut in blender on low speed for 3 minutes.
    Grease plate with Crisco.
    Pour filling into plate and let set 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle coconut on top and put in 350\u00b0 or 400\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
