Frozen Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head grated cabbage
    1 carrot
    red and green peppers
    celery
    1 tsp. salt (rounded)
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Add salt to cabbage.
    Let stand for 1 hour.
    Squeeze out juice and add carrot, peppers and celery (grated).
