Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. cooked pork shoulder or pork loin
    5/6 c. catsup
    2 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
    1/8 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of black and red pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 c. water
    2 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 clove garlic, chopped
    2/3 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. ground onion
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together, except meat.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; add meat and simmer 1 hour.
    Serve on warm buns with coleslaw.
    Pull the pork into pieces.
