Toasted Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) bag coconut
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour in unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown, about 45 to 50 minutes.
