Baked Fish With Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 lb. haddock fillets
Preparation
    Make sauce of butter, flour, mustard, milk, salt and pepper, stirring constantly.
    Add cheese; stir until blended.
    Pour over uncooked fillets in a baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
