Cucumber Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 med. size cucumbers
    3 med. onions
    1 handful of salt
    1 pt. cider vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Peel cucumbers and onions.
    Chop fairly fine in food processor.
    Put vegetables in a large bowl and throw in the salt. Let sit for 1 hour.
    Drain very well through sieve. Place in a deep kettle and add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil for about 10-15 minutes.
    Ladle into sterile pint size jars and seal tightly.
