Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix the brown sugar, flour and water.
    Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes, stirring while cooking.
    Take off and add salt and lemon juice.
    Return to cooking for 5 minutes more.
    Take off and add butter and raisins.
    Allow to stand before using.
    Delicious with ham!
