Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes (about 6 medium)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Boil potatoes about 10 minutes.
Melt margarine and onion together until onion is tender.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is bubbly. Remove from heat.
Stir in milk and cheese.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Slice potatoes and put in ungreased casserole.
Pour cheese sauce over potatoes.
Cook at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
