Cheesy Green Onion Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for deep dish pie plate or 9-inch quiche dish
    8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. half and half
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Line pie plate or quiche dish with pastry.
    (May use frozen, deep dish pie crust.)
    Prick bottom and sides of pastry with fork. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 3 minutes.
    Remove and gently prick with fork. Return to oven.
    Bake 5 more minutes.
