Katherine'S Spinach Salad Dressing(Makes 1 Cup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. bacon grease
    1 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 head garlic (not a \"pod\" a \"head\")
    2 to 10 slices bread
    1 Tbsp. pure lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained and cut up
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained and halved
    6 or 1/4 c. unstemmed cherries, halved and drained
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 pkg. dry yeast
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained and halved
    6 or 1/4 c. cherries, halved and drained
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Stir daily with wooden spoon.
