Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
4 eggs, well beaten
2 lemons, grated peel and strained juice
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and cornmeal.
Add to melted butter and beaten eggs.
Stir in lemon peel and juice.
Put in unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Chill until center is firm enough to cut.
