Stuffed Hot Dogs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. celery
2 tsp. minced parsley
1/8 tsp. basil
2 2/3 c. bread cubes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 slices bacon
8 hot dogs
Preparation

Melt butter and add next 7 ingredients.
Add a little water if dry.
Score hot dogs lengthwise but not all the way through. Stuff hot dogs with bread mixture.
Wrap with bacon.
Broil 4 inches from heat until done.
Serve with mustard.
Serves 8.
