1 c. biscuit mix
1 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Mix biscuit mix and flour thoroughly. Add buttermilk and stir until all the dry ingredients are mixed. Grease a 6-cup muffin tin. Fill muffin cup 2/3 full. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Turn oven to broil and brown the tops.
