Empanadas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 oz. cream cheese
    2 lb. butter
    2 c. flour plus 2 Tbsp.
    cooked apricots
    mincemeat (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix and make into golf ball size balls.
    Flour baking board and roll out balls.
    Put in apricots cooked with a little sugar or mincemeat. Fold. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Roll in powdered sugar.
