Buttered Rutabaga - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium rutabaga, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 green onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. sesame seed
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in 1 1/2-quart glass casserole.
Cover with glass lid.
Microwave for 6 minutes on High.
Stir and continue cooking for 6 to 8 minutes on High, or until tender.
Let stand, covered, 2 minutes before servings.
Makes about 4 servings.
