Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    8 slices bacon
    3 tsp. brown sugar
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    salt
Preparation
    Wash, dry and chill spinach. Tear into bite-size pieces and just before serving, prepare sauce. Dice bacon and fry until crisp. Reduce heat; add sugar, green onions, salt to taste, vinegar and dry mustard. Bring to a boil; remove from heat and pour over spinach. Toss lightly.
