Pasta With Artichokes And Basil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. fettucine
    1 can artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained
    2 medium red or green sweet peppers, chopped
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
    1/4 c. snipped fresh basil or 2 tsp. dried basil
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Stir artichokes, peppers, onion and garlic in oil until tender.
    Stir in tomato and basil until heated through.
    Add mixture to pasta; toss gently to mix.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Makes 4 to 6 side dish servings.
