Wild Rice And Chicken Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. long grain and wild rice
1 3/4 c. water
1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup (use lo-fat and low-sodium)
1/2 c. celery
3/4 c. frozen peas
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 medium sized carrot, shredded
4 to 6 chicken breasts, deboned and skinned
1 to 2 tsp. chicken broth flavoring (low-sodium)
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. sage
1 small onion, diced
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except chicken in large oval baking dish with lid.
Arrange chicken over rice.
Sprinkle with black pepper and paprika.
Bake covered for 90 minutes or until done at 350\u00b0. Serves 6.
