Pea Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    2 c. cubed peeled potatoes
    2 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and pearl onions
    2 (14 oz.) chicken broth
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint (optional)
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce and simmer 15 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Transfer in small batches to blender; blend until smooth. Transfer back to pan and stir in sour cream. Serve hot; garnish with mint, if desired.
