Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1/3 c. diced celery
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown chops; place in shallow casserole.
    Sprinkle with celery, lemon juice, brown sugar and seasoning.
    Pour tomato sauce and water over chops.
    Cover.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until tender.
